Terms of Use

The portal lets registered travel agencies view airline group seats, hold and book them for their passengers, and track their bookings and account ledger with Bakka Al Jadeed. It is a business to business service and is not for individual travellers.

• Register with true and complete details for your agency, including a valid visiting card.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that gives false details, misuses the portal or does not pay what it owes.

• Seats are offered subject to availability and may sell out at any time.
• A booking you submit holds the seats for 2 hours. If payment is not confirmed within that time, the hold expires and the seats are released automatically.
• You can have up to 3 bookings on hold at the same time. Pay for or cancel one to hold more seats.

• A booking is confirmed only when its status in My Bookings shows Confirmed, after we have verified your payment.
• The fare is the one shown for the group when you submit the booking, in Pakistani rupees (PKR).
• Flight times, schedules and baggage are set by the airline and may change. We will pass on changes we receive, but we are not responsible for decisions made by the airline.

• Pay by bank transfer only to the accounts listed on our Bank Details page, and share the payment proof with us.
• Payments and charges are recorded in My Ledger. Check it regularly and tell us about any mistake.
• Never send payment to an account that is not on our Bank Details page.

• Enter every name exactly as it appears in the passport, with a passport that is valid for travel.
• You are responsible for the details you enter. Mistakes may lead to airline charges, refused boarding or a lost seat.
• You confirm you have each passenger's permission to share their details with us. See our Privacy Policy.

You can cancel a booking that is still on hold from My Bookings. Changes, name corrections and cancellations of confirmed bookings depend on the airline's group rules and any charges they apply. Contact us before making a change so we can tell you what is possible.

• Do not share your login or let other agencies use your account.
• Do not try to get around the portal's checks, access other agents' data or overload the service with automated tools.
• Do not copy or resell group fares or inventory without our permission.

We work to keep the portal available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable or contain errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profit, or problems caused by airlines, banks, internet providers or other third parties.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the portal after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
